This eight-month applied leadership program uses a blended learning format – beginning with a week-long eResidency with guest presenters, breakout workshops, and service-learning projects, monthly workshops and independent real-world tasks, and capstone projects. Finally, the cohort will convene for a face-to-face residency in Killbear Provincial Park, Ontario.
